STEP 2

Wait for our home specialist to get back to you with your home report and see if it will be a good fit for our program.

STEP 3

We will schedule a time to come check out the home in person to see if there are any upgrades or anything we feel needs to be done to the home to make the home more marketable. We will cover half of the expense for home upgrades.

STEP 4

If it’s a good fit, we will send over the contracts and documents. We will typically do a 1 year or 2 year agreement. We will guarantee you fair market rent for your home plus an additional 10% minimum.

STEP 5

Our expert interior designers will fully furnish the home ($10,000-$20,000) and list it for short term and corporate rentals.

STEP 6

Sit back and collect your above market rent, while doing absolutely nothing… and have peace of mind knowing your home is being meticulously taken care of.

What you can expect from Hands Off Hosts

Yard maintenance.

We will cover all pool and yard maintenance.

Utilities

We will cover the electric, water, gas, and sewer bills. We will pay fair market rent + a minimum 10% monthly.

Hands Off

We handle everything on the short term rental side from cleaning team scheduling, permit applications, city taxes, customer service and messaging, emergency maintenance, trash disposal, & laundry and linens. If any damage is caused to the house from our tenants we are fully responsible for it.
