Steven Douglas founded Hands Off Hosts in 2017. Being an Airbnb host himself since 2014, Steven saw a huge opportunity for a new type of service that was not previously being offered anywhere. A place for homeowners to make a significant amount more on their investments while also providing them with less headaches. Over the years Hands Off Hosts has helped hundreds of people and that’s really what this company is about, helping others build their dreams.

Steven Douglas

Co-Founder

Steven Douglas has always been in the real estate business. Since 2004, where he started as an intern to one of the top producing agents at Coldwell Banker Premiere, to eventually getting his own license. Steven first started his short term rental journey in 2013 where he was helping a friend host his property. From there, he saw the potential and purchased his first home and slowly started running his own properties. With the laws tightening up in Las Vegas, Steven decided to make the move to the Phoenix area where it was way less restrictive to focus on helping others grow their portfolios! His passion for seeing others win and bringing a new thing to the market has made Hands Off Hosts what it is today!

Andreas Sarkin

Co-Founder

Andreas Sarkin is an avid real estate investor, owns his investment advisory company and comes with a wealth of knowledge. Andreas experience working for J.P Morgan and Merrill Lynch as an investment banker lead him to eventually get into the lending industry and eventually into the short term rental business. Andreas and Steven purchased their first home together in 2015 and have a combined 16 years’ experience in the space.
